- Registered Veterinary Technician- Join the dynamic team at FieldHaven Feline Center, a highly progressive nonprofit organization dedicated to finding solutions for every cat in need! They are located on a stunning 10-acre horse ranch in beautiful rural Lincoln, California. As their high-quantity and quality spay/neuter clinic expands, they are seeking a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) to join them in making a difference. The position is full-time with a blend of on-site and remote work. The RVT is primarily responsible for the professional, sanitary, and efficient operation of FieldHaven’s Hathaway Spay & Neuter Clinic and the Kitten Sitter Program. This position assists veterinarians in the primary care and treatment of pre-op and postoperative surgery feline patients. The RVT maintains all procedures and practices with the Spay Neuter Clinic to meet the highest standards possible. The RVT on duty is expected to provide excellent patient care and safety standards while training and encouraging other team members to provide the same high quality of care. - Supervisor Adoptions- To help us achieve our goal of saving more lives, we’re looking for supervisors who are results driven, effective communicators and highly customer focused. You’ll be part of the team that leads the everyday work of our Adoption Associates and drives successful programs to create memorable experiences for adopters. You are upbeat and enthusiastic, enjoy a challenge and are as comfortable with overseeing day-to-day operations as you are supervising people. You have experience with cats, dogs, rabbits and/or pocket pets, and are passionate about finding them homes. Our supervisor team is comprised of three areas of focus: Adoption Experience, Fast Track Animals (easier to place animals) and Slow Track Animals (diamonds in the ruff, pocket pets, harder to place animals). Each focus is involved with staff, volunteers and the public and works together to deliver on fun and exciting adoption promotions throughout the year. - Intake & Community Resource Coordinator- Intake & Community Resource Coordinator Intake & Community Resource Coordinators make up the Intake & Community Resource Team. Their core functions are: Intake, Lost/Found, Pet Retention Programming, Customer Service and Acting as a resource for the community. This team focuses on the key pillars of: intake prevention/diversion, lost/found, and supporting the human/animal bond. Intake & Community Resource Coordinators work to prevent intake through education and support, and support the Pathway Manager in managed intake as well as ensuring that stray animals are properly impounded and that active measures are taken to reunite them with their owners. This is a full-time position, but part-time opportunities may also be available. Pay rate ranges from $15-17/HR. This position requires some night & weekend availability.
