Shelter Data Help

Best Friends Animal Society is a national non-profit that works with animal shelters across the country to help them save more lives. Below you will find two options to submit your data – an electronic form or mail-in option. 

Option 1:

First option, using this form you can type in your shelter's intake and outcome data. Don't worry, we provide plenty of instructions about how to do this and we are here to help if you have questions. At the bottom of this form, there is also a place to upload a report directly from your shelter management software if that’s easier.

If you would prefer to fill the form out by hand and mail it in, you can print a copy here and mail it back to:
