The Austin Regional Summit

You're invited to the Best Friends Austin Regional Summit, happening October 29-30 in Austin, TX. We have partnered with Hotel ZaZa Austin Downtown to provide a free two-day in-person event focused on achieving No-Kill 2025 in Texas. This event will include two lunches and a Tuesday evening social hour, where you can continue networking with key industry influencers.

This summit will provide special insights and discussion on Best Friends' 2025 Strategy, including:

  • Legislative items for the upcoming Texas session
  • Our 2025 grant and support focuses
  • How we can build momentum and save more lives in Texas

Other session topics include effective transport programs, community partnerships, and strategic managed intake.

Dates: Tuesday, October 29, 10am-6pm & Wednesday, October 30, 9am-3pm

Location: Hotel ZaZa Austin Downtown (400 Lavaca St, Austin, TX 78701)

Eligibility: Animal welfare staff, volunteers, and supporters in the Texas area

Cost: Free for up to 5 members from your organization (staff, volunteers, board members, etc.)
