Ramon Villatoro, operations manager
Ramon Villatoro started working in animal shelters in Arlington, VA when he was a teenager. Since then, he has held various roles in operations management, program direction, and executive leadership. Ramon's proudest career achievements include passing the TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) ordinance in Queen Anne's County, MD.
He has extensive knowledge of utilizing shelter databases and Rescue disinfectants. Ramon is passionate about empowering others through leadership, creating positive and dynamic workplace cultures, and fostering excellence in animal care.
When he's not re-reading the guidelines from Animal Shelter Veterinarians (ASV), he enjoys playing video games with his sons, supporting Real Madrid, and spending time with his three cats.
