Janine Carroll is the Specialist, Network Administration at Best Friends Animal Society. She is passionate about helping network partners achieve their lifesaving goals. With a background in marketing and communications, she has spent over a decade working with diverse clients across both for-profit and nonprofit sectors, including lifestyle brands, a prestigious art museum, international professional cycling events, and participatory charity events. Her work has focused on raising awareness and funds for their respective causes.

A longtime admirer of Best Friends, Janine's connection to the organization deepened after rescuing her dog and learning more about its commitment to saving lives. She now applies her skills and experience to support the mission of making the country no-kill.

Janine lives in New Hope, PA, with her 12-year-old rescue dog, Reilly. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, beach days, weight training, playing pickleball, hiking with Reilly, and cycling.
