Christine Morey’s animal welfare journey began in Boulder, Colorado, where she adopted her first two cats and fell in love with all things pet care. She worked at a holistic pet care store, where her curiosity about animal health and nutrition flourished. This passion later led her to Las Vegas, Nevada, where she became a brand representative for Nulo pet food and continued to explore the world of animal care.

Now deeply involved in animal sheltering, Christine has gained hands-on experience in animal care, adoptions, and foster programming—and along the way, she “foster graduated” her third cat, who happily joined her other cats as part of the family.

Christine now lives in Dallas, Texas, with her partner and three cats. When she’s not working, she enjoys taking shelter dogs out on fun day trips, traveling, exploring diverse cuisines, and attending music festivals.
