Director of Veterinary Medicine- Friends of the Palm Springs Animal Shelter operates the public, open admissions shelter in the beautiful resort city of Palm Springs. We have a new, state of the art facility, a professional, caring staff, and over 600 dedicated volunteers. Our success as an organization depends on the strength of our team. We are looking for an energetic and compassionate Director of Veterinary Medicine who will provide leadership and quality medical care to the animals who are depending on us. This includes animals inside the shelter, in short- term and long-term foster care, as well as animals being transferred to partner shelters and rescue organizations, and animals treated in our low cost public clinics. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, animal medical oversight allocation of funds as they pertain to veterinary services, direction of the medical department, compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines, and meeting the established goals and priorities of the department. Veterinary Assistant/Technician- SPCA Florida in Lakeland, FL, is actively seeking FT vet assistants/techs. Candidates must have the following to qualify for our interview process: Desirable - graduate from AVMA accredited program, minimum 1 yr exp as a vet assistant/technician. Equivalent education/experience considered. Flexible schedule (including Saturdays, Sundays, holidays). We are open 7 days a week; tech hours being but not limited to 8:00am-6pm; 4 10s. Friends for Animals of Metro Detroit - Dearborn, MI

Development Assistant- this is an entry-level fundraising position that will provide an opportunity for exposure to all aspects of a comprehensive development program. Work will be focused on providing admin support to the development department, working on a variety of projects including individual, corporate/foundation and special event fundraising. This individual will report to the Director of Development for Operations and work with the entire development team and volunteers. Project Manager- "My Furry Valentine hosts Greater Cincinnati’s largest animal adoption event each Valentine’s Day weekend. We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager who can successfully multi-task, lead a team, and manage time efficiently. A proactive, high-energy individual who is a detail-oriented, highly organized, team player and is passionate about our mission will do best in this environment. This is a part-time gig that will last for 6-8 months, starting immediately and continuing through March 2018. The scope and amount of work will be tailored to fit the skillset of the successful applicant. Hours are generally flexible, but will require commitment to participate in weekly team meetings. Ohio Alleycat Resource & Spay/Neuter Clinic - Cincinnati, OH

Veterinary Technician- The Shelter/Community Cats Vet Tech is responsible for assisting the Shelter/CC Head Vet Tech in the daily care of the cats in the shelter and community cats area. Major responsibilities include caring for cats and administering routine vaccinations and medications.  Position is primarily daytime M-F but some weekends required.  Non-exempt status. Hourly employee.  Reports to Shelter/CC Head Vet Tech.  The vet tech will also be cross-trained to help in clinic. Must be licensed as a Registered Veterinary Technician in Ohio.  We are open to either a part-time or full-time candidate. Animal Harbor (The Franklin County Humane Society) - Winchester, TN

Shelter Manager- Responsibilities include: management of 5-7 staff/kennel workers and volunteers in their duties, oversight of day to day operations, completion of paperwork and record keeping in a timely manner, supervision of scheduling for vaccinations, testing, and vet appointments, supervision of medications administered to the shelter animals and of the meds log, scheduling and tracking of payroll hours and time off.
