This has been a tough spring for thousands of people affected by heavy storms and flooding in areas of Indiana, Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and other parts of the Midwest, as well as our own state. It's been tough for their animals as well. When people lose their homes to floodwaters, so do their pets and livestock.
