I am a Hindu Brahmin,born In kenya and came to England in 1963.My grandparents were immigrants to Kenya,under British Rule.Our house was a strictly vegetarian house and my grandmother used to pray at a Hindu temple,in Mombasa,kenya,where they have a white Mother Cow made of marble on the central dias.I visited and prayed there last year.Kindness,love of animals and thier sacred ness,is part and parcel of Hindu ethos and humanity.I am involved in a mother and father of all community projects,Cultural Palace projects,which would help animal bretherens and sisters,from the profits generated by education,festivals and spiritual Havans and Slokas and prayers.The Hindu Temple in Bristol,uk is graced by the Brass Statue of HRHH Monkey God Hunmanji,brought from India by Buddhist friends.We also conducted the first Mother Cow Puja,prayers,in Bristol city centre,with Hindu and Christian Priests and also celebrated the Feast of St.Francis of Assissi and Ghandijis birthday and legacy.please check out,www.cultural-palace.org.Your support would be welcome.with best wishes.Ravi
