63 Dogs Removed from Breeding Facility in Tennessee

Shelby County breeder was unlicensed and did not have a zoning permit.

The dogs confiscated from Patricia Kinney are reported to be safe at the Bartlett Animal Shelter in Bartlett, Tennessee. The dogs are now property of the shelter, and will be spayed or neutered and adopted into new homes this week. Click here for the full story, including photos and video of the dogs.
