This landmark Superior Court case against the Borough of Brooklawn; which is situated between Bellmawr and Gloucester City and borders Gloucester County; could find that pet limit laws are unconstitutional and this would be a victory for every pet guardian and animal rescue organization in the state of NJ and maybe even the country. This will be the first time a case like this has ever been heard in NJ.
