A Superior Court Judge signed an order today to allow Congo to go home during the appeal process, which can take up to 6 months.

A positive note to this is that many feel the Judge would not send a viscious dog home to a family with children. People are hoping this means a favorable judgement on the appeal.
Today, Mark Johnson's main boss was contacted asking him to investigate Mark Johnson and possibly terminate him. Contact Princeton Township and keep pressure on to have Mark Johnson re-evaluated and terminated.
What you can do: KEEP CALLING CORZINE! People can lose interest in the next 6 months, Congo's story has to stay alive so the support for him continues. Guy stressed that the pressure must stay on for Congo's behalf.

Guy will be giving a conference Friday 11/16 and the media will be flooded in the next few days. Guy is pushing past Congo coming home as what happened to Congo and the James family can happen to anyone. This has become a bigger fight.
The family is grateful for everyone's support; they are overwhelmed by it. Congo will be coming home tonight and the James family will be taking special care of him to help him ease back into being home.
