My wife and I retired in 2007, and now volunteer at a small no-kill shelter in Plano, Texas. We enjoy walking dogs, training, and adoption counseling. We have three dogs, all shelter or rescue. In March, 2009 we were able to visit Best Friends, a trip we can recommed to anyone.
And now we have four dogs, including our newest just arrived from BFAS.
