pcanimalcoalition 's Biography
Person County Animal Coalition is located in Person County NC. Our coalition has brought The $20 FIX to Person County to help reduce the pet overpopulation problem in our area. Currently 90% of the pets that end up in the county-run Animal Shelter are euthanized. We are working on prevention through a low-cost spay/neuter program for low-income residents who qualify.
