I just love "All" animals. I love taking care of them and I am currently helping out at a Katrina Dog & Cat Shelter where I live. We have helped about 200 dogs & cats so far. We have also found great homes for most of them and we have had about a dozen reunions. We just got our last shipment from Best Friends on January 2nd. I love them all and look forward to each weekend when I can go and care for them. I personally have 4 dogs, 2 horses and 2 cats.

Update 3/10/06 We are still getting more animals at the Katrina Shelter where I help out every weekend. We have tons of puppies and most have been adopted. I like to help out with the adoption part the best but I help out where ever I am needed. I think our count (I'm actually loosing count) is up to 300 animals and all have been adopted except for the 40 or so we have now. Every weekend in an adventure (good adventure) and always new faces coming and going which is a good thing. Keep up the good work Best Friends. I love all of you for caring so much and giving so much!!
