I founded Citizens for Pets in Condos www.petsincondos.org when I moved down to Florida when I was personally affected by the pervasive no-pet rules in most condo complexes. I won the right to keep my two rescued kitties, but I could see that there was still a big problem for a great many people and all of the poor homeless animals that get needlessly euthanized.
