Immediate past position was serving as a Leadership Development Consultant for the YMCA of the USA working with YMCAs in the western and mid-western parts of the country. Other positions included Executive Vice President/MRC Director for the YMCA of the USA/YMCA of Metropolitan Denver (1992-2000), Vice President and President/CEO of the YMCA of the Pikes Peak Region (1976-1992). Owner of Optimum Fitness LLC, a personal fitness, weight, and lifestyle management service.
