I have been a member of Best Friends for several years now. I wanted so badly to volunteer with your efforts here in New Orleams but since I am handicaped and walk with a cane plus I had no way to get to you. I am so grateful for what you did here. The state got a raw deal from the state and we've got to do something to chamge it. Weshould look at our sister state Mississippi and their governor and follow their example
