I've been a volunteer with BF for about ... since '94ish. Ask me anything, but I'm just one of the grunts who likes to mess around and muck it up.
"Why, I remember ... back in the day we had to put up the tents by hand, and we unloaded the groups with that rickshaw wagon. And to communicate, we had to yell across the way, or send me to run messages."

I got a larger family, Francis and Silva, and the whole kaboodle of UTAH folks.

If they have food, I'm there. I'll even go across country a few times for BF food.

Okay seriously though, this organization has been a welcome part of my life. It is full of wonderful folks who have a a like-minded passion for animals of all types, and for the care and companionship of animals. Sure we have arguements or disagreements on the various methods, but BF is so committed and open to various plans of actions that no one person would feel negelected or left out.

I only have two cats, Cornelius and Sofia, of which you can read about more in their section.

I've had many joys and shed some tears with my time with BF, but Life gives me experiences so I something worthwhile to do ... I wouldn't change or lose a single moment.

And I wasn't exaggerating about 'back in the day'!

What else ... what else ... oh, I read lots of Marvel comics, fantasy novels and technical journals, I'm engaged on the environment in political, social and practical living issues. I probably watch too much tv and go to see too many movies, but I also see lots of theater, museums and orchestral music.

Love public landscaping and indoor gardening, moments of quiet reflection and rampant desperation.
