Hi :) My name is Brandy and I have been a resident of Alabama all my life. I am married to the greatest man alive and we have a daughter who is almost 3. I have owned several pets throughout my life but my sweet Abby, a beautiful buff cocker spaniel, has been my driving force in getting me into animal rescue. Abby passed earlier this year at only 5 years old due to cancer. It was one of the most heart breaking experiences of my life. After losing her and doing research I came to learn about puppy mills, which I fear Abby may have come from. Then as I researched more I have found that rescue is the greatest reward ever. I hope to get the state of Alabama motivated more to rescue and adoptions.
