I am the proud mommy of 3 furbabies. Empire is a 14 year old special needs Cocker Spaniel who came to me when he was 6 and his family couldn't give him the life he deserved. Honkey is a 14 year old tomcat who can never decide if he wants to be inside or outside. George is a Blue Heeler (who would love to eat Honkey) aprox 5 years old. I found him on the side of the road about 2 years ago. He had been severely beaten and was so emaciated he could hardly stand. He has major trust issues and is extremely protective of "his people" when at home but is great at the groomers or on trips away from the house. He is loving his new life as an inside boy and thinks life is pretty great while napping in "his" laundry room and chewing on his blankies. Hopefully in the VERY near future, stories like Georgies will be nonexistent.
