I live in a condo that only allows one small pet. I have a small dog that is a mixed-breed and a rescue. I am 50. I still work, but am physically disabled in that it is hard for me to stand or to be on my feet for longer than 15 minutes, and I use crutches or a walker to walk. I can volunteer for non-physical activities.
