My husband and I live in NE Ohio, where I strive to make a difference for homeless pets and live in concert with nature. I enjoy research and feature writing, editing, and reading about nature, animals, nutrition and ways to live more sustainably. We're lucky enough to live in a community with an enviable amount of green space, where deer frequent our yard every day and lights from human habitat do not blot out the stars. My favorite quote: "You can tell a lot about a nation by the way it treats its animals."
