My goal is to contribute my time and talent to the effort of reducing animal neglect, abuse and misunderstanding. My husband and I foster dogs and we are blessed to live with our rescued Shar Pei, Marilyn. I also am a full time artist, donating works to fundraisers, organizing benefit art shows, helping non-profits in their art needs, and constantly open to new ideas on how to help!
I create family and pet portraits using oil pastel, soft pastel, graphite and print. The annual poster series I create, Dogs Around the Lakes, can be translated into a fundraiser for a non-profit or as a way of commemorating a group.
