I have volunteered in the past for the Humane Society and have also been a foster mommy for dogs, kitten and cats. I was introduced to KAT 5 Animal Rescue back in 2006 (and hence, introduced to Best Friends) through my full-time job (I'm a paralegal). I am an active volunteer with Florida Doggie Paws Rescue, Inc., The Greyhound Gang of Florida, Inc. and Hillsborough County Animal Services.
