Kathy 's Biography
I am President of the West Tennessee Animal Coalition, a group of organizations and individuals working for animal welfare in West Tennessee to end pet overpopulation and ensure the humane treatment of all animals.
My husband and I live in rural west TN with our goats, cows, chickens, guinea hens, three cats and thirteen dogs.
I am the community manager for the following:
