Maryland's Anti-Chaining Bill is SB696/HB673. It has passed the Senate; now phone calls to the House Judiciary Committee are urgently needed. Please take a minute to speak up for those dogs who must live their whole lives at the end of a chain.
SB696 has been passed by the Senate (31 to 15) with ammendments. We're still waiting on the House Judiciary Committee, so phone calls to the House Judiciary Committee are still VITAL. Please continue to contact members of the House and encourage them to vote in favor of HB673.
