Come to the May 16th and 17th Cockertail Parties!

By Dori Gilbert, Best Friends Network

Besides baking yummy doggie treats, Three Dog Bakery supports local homeless pets by hosting fundraisers and adoption events. Their upcoming events include an Adopt-a-thon, a Dog’s Night Out, and a couple of Cockertail Parties.

The Adopt-a-thon will be on Saturday, May 10th, from 11am-3pm. Adoptable dogs from the Nevada SPCA will be taste testing some of those yummy treats. Come on down to see the dogs and browse Three Dog Bakery’s assortment of pet approved wares.

On May 12th, Three Dog Bakery will be hosting Dog’s Night Out at Galeria’s Cocina Mexicana, 1780 N. Buffalo Drive. Join other dog lovers on the restaurant’s patio dining area as you and your dog feast on haute cuisine. Doggie diners will enjoy a four course meal, catered by Three Dog Bakery, while their human companions order off of the restaurant menu. A $25 donation per dog will benefit the Nevada SPCA. Seatings start at 6pm and reservations are required: 702-737-3DOG.

Celebrate “Yappy Hour” with your dog on May 16th and 17th, from 5-7pm, at Three Dog Bakery’s Cockertail Parties. For $10 you and your dog will enjoy Three Dog Bakery’s signature “cocker”tails and yappetizers. The May 16th event will benefit the Las Vegas Dachshund Rescue and the May 17th event will benefit the Southern Nevada Schnauzer Rescue.

Three Dog Bakery is located at 2110 N. Rampart Blvd., Suite 150, 89128. “Doggies and Owners on leash are Welcome in the Bakery”
