The MissionThe animal organizations will work with the Mayor of Randolph, the City Council, community members to enact a practical plan to humanely manage dozens of feral and stary cats currently living within the city limits.
How You Can HelpGetting the cats out of harm's way is only the beginning of this rescue endeavor! The Randolph, Iowa Rescue Project is in urgent need for Foster Homes. Pregnant Cats/Kittens/neo-natal who can't be spayed/neutered will need to be placed into foster care. Volunteers should have experience with neo-natal care...feral experience is helpful.
These cats will be coming out of the Randolph, Iowa TNR/Maintain project and will need people willing to provide care and love until one of the affiliated organizations listed below can place them up for adoption.
Organizations seeking foster homes are:
Animal Protection & Education - Greene County, Iowa
Camp Companion - Rochester, MN
If you live near or around one of these organizations and are able to provide foster care, please contact Diane at
