The almost one and a quarter century old Dog and Cat Home in Edinburgh, Scotland is in dire need of donations and help after rising veterinary bills, an influx of abandoned animals and lessening donations have forced the center to dip into its savings to cover the cost of caring for the animals. Stray Animals of Moscow Get Helping Hand with New Center
IFAW (the International Fund for Animal Welfare) along with the help of Moscow authorities has opened a new center in Moscow to help stray animals. L'Oreal, a hugely popular cosmetics company, has received the go ahead in Europe to replace animal testing with tests conducted on engineered human tissue.
