They are about 6 weeks old. They have been trying to catch the kittens and take them to a NO KILL SHELTER, but have had no luck.

If anyone knows of a place or of a foster that can help them catch the kittens and take them please reply. the only shelter taht will take them will only give the kittens 5 days to find a home.. if they are lucky.

For now, the kittens are getting food and water, but unfortunately if no help is given by a safe place, then my bosses will have to call animal control or ask the one shelter to take them.

Please call Humane Ohio at 419-266-5607, x111 to make a spay/neuter appointment for a stray or feral cat that you are caring for, or to alert us on where free-roaming cats are living.

Humane Ohio operates a non-profit, low-cost spay/neuter clinic to serve pet parents, people caring for free-roaming cats, animal shelters and rescue groups. We serve all area pet owners, and we offer a special, even lower rate to people on Medicaid, Food Assistance, WIC, SSI, Section 8 Public Housing, the Heat Assistance Program and Ohio Works First (OWF). We can offer low-cost spay/neuter prices because private donations and grants help subsidize the true, higher cost of spay/neuter procedures. Humane Ohio believes that all animals should receive the highest quality veterinary care possible even if the services rendered are at a reduced cost. Our clinic uses state of the art instruments and equipment, all spay/neuter surgeries are performed by qualified, licensed veterinarians (DVMs) and every patient receives a brief physical exam and quality pain medication.

The Humane Ohio Pet Food Bank makes pet food available to pet parents in need and to people caring for free-roaming cats in Lucas, Wood and Monroe counties. This program helps make sure that pets and stray cats in our community do not go hungry, it helps pet parents keep their pets even in tough financial times, and it helps ensure that people do not have to share their own meal with their pets and go hungry themselves.

419-266-5607 or www.humaneohio.org or www.facebook.com/humaneohio

National Feral Cat Day Event: Oct. 15, 2011 in Salt Lake City

Tacoma, WA - Feral Cat Day Special All October
