In spite of breed ban, pit bull boy given a stay of execution and to be transported to Best Friends
Spencer is to be picked up from the Mobile Animal Shelter by Hearts of Gold Pit Rescue, based in West Tennessee. They have arranged transport and foster-care for Spencer until he can be taken to the Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, in Utah.

Donna Velez, President of Hearts of Gold Pit Rescue, has made the transport and foster happen and has been praying and informing everyone about Spencer's plight. Jessica Huggins, who is a member of the group, Hearts of Gold, and does awesome work in foster and transport is picking up Spencer.
