About Sunshine
He came from the `hood, and Sunshine's one cool bird.
He was living in a housing project where the apartments were so small, there was barely enough room for the family - much less the family pet! The family loved him and wanted him to find a home where he'd be more comfortable, out there somewhere. And that's why he's on the website, looking for you!
Sunshine is a charming bird - very suave. You can have a lot of fun interacting with him; he looks right at you and engages you with his antics. But he's a tough guy, too. So being parrot-savvy is a plus. He'll scream for attention, and if you don't set limits with him, he'll try to get away with whatever he can! He'll even nip.
He's a medium Sulpher Crested Cockatoo, and very young. He's only about six. (His breed can live to be 50 or so), and he's in great health.
