Fourteen Pit Bulls Need to be Placed
The Washington Pit Bulls were seized from a breeder in Washington Co., UT. They were being boarded at the Dewey Animal Hospital in Las Vegas, but have come to the Best Friends Animal Sanctuary as of May 25th. These are a high priority for the Training Partners Program.
Ann Allums CPDT has evaluated all the dogs twice, and has done the assessments that are included with each dog. Here is her overview of all the dogs: No people aggression was noted on any dog. None of the dogs had food aggression. (I used my bare hand to remove the bowl and high-value object from every dog.) All of the dogs liked to cuddle in my lap. All the dogs pull on leash.
