Hey all, for now, I changed the Petfinder list on the site to show Poodles in South Carolina. I will ask the developer to verify that "SC11" is pulling in data.

Whoever manages your Petfinder account has to go in and make sure that your account is checked to share information with third parties.

I'm am a manager for our group. I'm trying to get the adoptable animals to show up. I did read the instructions in another forum topic so I know what to do... however when I put in our Petfinder ID our animals don't show up in the search. I get "0" matching. They are on the Petfinder site under the ID I'm using however here they don't seem to be in the database. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks for the help!

I believe the "Delete this post" function is back.

Go to your blog and open up the post you want to delete or edit. Scan down the right margin of your screen and you should see a "blog edit" box. Click on "Delete this post". That should do it.

PETFINDER DATA HAS BEEN FIXED!

Thank you all so much for your patience in waiting for your Featured Adoptables to be fixed. I am happy to report that this issue has been resolved, and you can now update your Featured Adoptables to display your animals. Unfortunately, most, if not all, groups will need to reset their links to display their animals.

To do this - please follow the steps below:

When you are on your groups' landing page - you will see a "+" just to the right or the "Petfinder.com" logo. Click on that.
When the new window opens up.
In Option 3, "Shelter Id" enter your Petfinder Shelter ID (I see you entered your ID in option 2, you'll just need to move that to Option 3 instead)
Under "All Animals", you'll see the word "here", click this - a new window or tab will open in your browser
In the "Keyword Search" in the new window, enter your Petfinder Shelter ID and click "Go"
Now, copy the URL in the address bar.
Go back to the window that has the window open, and paste the URL in the provided field.
Click Save
You page should show all animal related to Shelter ID on the group home page, as well as when you click "See All"

Thank you all for noticing, and reporting the issue. We are currently testing our SMTP server to locate and address the issue.

Update: we are still working on this issue. Once we have thoroughly tested, we will get the fix onto the live site and your featured adoptables will open in a page with actual data.

Can you check again? We just moved the fix into the live site and (paws crossed) you should now be able to delete and edit your blog entries.
