So, it's probably too late for new communities to get involved in Tom Cat Special, a national $10 cat neuter event in honor of Spay Day USA 2008.

You may still be able to help! Please send me a Network Mail letting me know the following information and I'll see if I can connect you with someone in your area who's already acting as a local Tom Cat Special 2008 coordinator and may need your help to distribute flyers in low income areas, etc. I'll need to know:
