To be honest, I haven't read it all (it's LONG and written in vet language), but it can hopefully be of some use. Happy reading. ; )

It's interesting to have something standardized and hopefully will be a good resource for start-up programs.

I haven't read it completely through, either, I wonder if it's relaxed or overly stringent--off to take a peek...
