January 3rd event in San Antonio to discuss the new Intact Dog Permit solutions to the community’s animal overpopulation issue

Mayoral candidate and City Councilwoman Diane Cibrian, Councilman John G. Clamp, and others (below) will address the Happy Neuter Year Event on Saturday, January 3 , 10:00 a.m. at Animal Care Services Dept. (4710 Hwy. 151). Please attend as we publicize the dog spay-neuter law (effective Jan. 1) and the need for community compliance to prevent births of homeless, unwanted animals.

The conference speakers include:

Lunch will include chili-dogs (with award-winning chili by Don Barnes & Alice Strong), chips, cookies, and drinks (all food vegan).
Live Music will be by James Sidlo, Rowdy Mystics, & Lori Hinton.
T-shirts designed specially for the event will be available ($5.00).
Adoptions of many beautiful dogs and cats will be offered at the event.
A minimum donation of $5.00 will be requested at the door to help cover the cost of the event.
