Lots of folks don't realize just how intelligent (smarter than dogs!), clean (cleaner than dogs when allowed to be!) and wonderful all pigs are. There are so many misconceptions about pigs which is really quite sad since they are such remarkable critters.

The piggers at Best Friends excitedly became their own department called Piggy Paradise on Jan. 1, 2008. The department is really starting to come together now with the help of all of you, our piggy volunteers, members, piggy donors, Brandi (Piggy Caregiver) and Patti (Office Coordinator).

We've just started having enough time (hopefully!) to really start working on this page since we became a department. Please feel free to email any ideas...we'd love to hear from you!
