Prayers for all the 4 footed critters and the woman who was trying to make a difference. In the orginal article, it stated up until the economic meltdown the shelter was doing okay.

Bonito is a beautful boy, Jennifer. I'm sorry to learn that he has crossed the Bridge. Now, though, he can soar over the canyon and perch in the trees at Angels Rest to catch his breath before flying back to the Overlook with all of his friends.

I know Marg will add him to the list for next Monday evening.

I was so hoping, Lisa, that beautiful Lamby would make it through this. Please let his loved ones know that someone in Utah is feeling very sad tonight. I'm sorry the photo you tried to post wouldn't work, but the photo you posted a few days ago is still on the board for everyone to see the newest angel at the Bridge.

With a very sad heart I am letting everyone know that little sweet adorable Lamby went to the Bridge last night. His injuries were just too much and he was given wings to soar again at the bridge in health.

I am heart broken but I know it is for the best.

I tried to insert a picture of him with all of his hair but it won't take it in the form I have it. Just know he was so precious.

Could you please add Bonito to the 11/23 Candle Ceremony? He recently crossed the Rainbow Bridge and is being placed at Angels Overlook this afternoon.

He was one of the Best Friends sanctuary cats who lived in Jill's Diner and has been one of my many favorites.

Bonito, you will be very missed and I'm so glad to have gotten the opportunity to say good-bye last month.

Sadly, for the past few months he was in the care of the no-kill shelter I volunteer at . He was a great cat and loved by all the volunteers.

Prayers from here, Lisa, that Lamby's problem is something that can be treated. He looks like a very sweet dog, and I'm sure his human is heartbroken over all of this.

Please let us know the results of the MRI when you learn them. I'm sure i'm not the only one keeping fingers crossed.

Our prayers are for a peaceful, gentle crossing and strength for Lea, Angie and David, as well as comfort for Mother.

That will be my prayer too, Marg, adding you and Ted to the list, of course. I wish I could help you change horses on that merry-go-round, or help you ride on the one you're on now, but all I can do is send my love and prayers for you and for your family and friends.

And once again, a gentle reminder - take care of you, put First Things First. None of us can be of help to others if we don't take the time to rest, to eat and to do whatever is needful to keep ourselves functioning. Take care of you!!! (nag, nag, nag)

How sad that King Tut had so few years to be with his human loved ones. Do you want to add those humans to Human Needs too? I'm sure they could use a few prayers, and if privacy is an issue you can always list an assumed name.

Please give my sympathy to King Tut's human(s), and let them know all of us here will remember him and them in our prayers.
