Could you please add my cat Sam to special needs? He has an ear infection that I am treating but this is his second round of medicine and it doesn't seem to be improving.

Sam is on the SN list, Kathleen. Those ear infections can be a sod to clear up, can't they? Was your vet able to get a culture? My vet says that "good swabs" are hard to get from a kitty.
