November 1, 2007 my border collie mix "Pup" was on her run and was missing when I went to bring her inside. I put up hundreds of posters and drove and walked miles and miles. Some kind people here helped me through some of the worst pain.
November 1, 2009 I went shopping at Food Lion. As I was putting things in the car I looked and there was my Pup. I couldn't believe my eyes. She was with another little dog. I do not know who had her but I am glad she came looking for me.
God is good!
Yes, he is!
What a great story with a happy ending. A never expected happy ending after all that time, I'm sure.
You & Pup are very lucky!

Wow What a great ending. That is wonderful news. What happened to the other little dog?? I hope you took her in to safety..
Congratulations..
I could not get close to the other dog. I tried to use ham but he would just take it and back up. I haven't seen him there anymore so I hope he went home.
I found a worker in the store that knew who the other dog belonged to. They live near the store and breed dogs. There were two more of their females there today and you could tell that they had puppies. My dog was spayed. I will be letting the local people missing small dogs know to look.
Thanks for the info. I hope the little dogs will be ok.
How is your pup doing?????
What a wonderful happy ending, Virginia! I'm so glad to hear that your Pup found you at last, and that she's home safe and sound!
Thanks for sharing the wonderful news.
hugs

WOW!!! Virginia.... what a wonderful gift. "Missing" is such a painful word when it's connected to a furkid, isn't it? And we really never stop looking for them, either. I'm so glad that you were rewarded for all those times your heart jumped as you thought you saw Pup only to find out that it wasn't her.... but this time it was.
Happy huggles and prayers

What an amazing story. You never think after two weeks, let alone two years ! that the story would have a happy ending. That is a wonderful story. :)
