Hi all,   another sad post.  Please add Enzo to the prayer ceremony.  Enzo is my friend Anne's 10 year old Rottweiller.  He was perfectly healthy up until three days ago.  He suddenly started to throw up blood.  She rushed him to the vet and he was diagnosed with cancer and it spread.  The vet told her to take him home and make him comfortable maybe he had about one month.  One day later, he started to throw up alot of blood.  My friend called the vet,  she came to the house within 10 minutes, but Enzo walked over to his bed and died in my friends arms.  this was very traumatic for my friend Anne and her son robert.  They are devasted.  They loved that wonderful, friendly dog so much.  To see him die like that was heartbreaking..  Please add them to the human list also.  thank  you Jodi

How sad for Anne and Robert to lose Enzo so suddenly and with so little time to absorb the news of his illness. Please give them my condolences and let them know that they will all be remembered here with prayers and candle glow on Monday evening.

Hugs

How awful for your friend to lose her precious furbaby like that.  It's so difficult when it happens without any warning.  I will keep her in my prayers.

jodi - I will keep Anne and her son in my prayers; I love Rotties...they do so love their families, so this must have been heartbreaking. I know that Enzo is at the Bridge, bragging about his family, but now they must learn to live without his physical presence.  Many prayers for their comfort. gloria

Thank you all for the posts.  I will tell Anne and Robert about them.   Thank you for putting him on the Bridge List.   Anne is really devasted.  She cries all the time.  Enzo was the love of her life.  She can't bear coming in the empty house.  She is feeling the loss of her husband 11 years ago.  Someone gave her Enzo a  couple of months after he passed away.  the person did not want him anymore.  Anne has him since he was around 6 months old.  He became her pal, her comfort.  She is taking this very bad.  We on this forum know the pain of losing a furbaby.  You are right. it happened so fast.   thank you again for your kindness.    Jodi

Healing prayers coming from Arizona for Anne and Robert and of course Enzo.  Please ask if I can plant something for Enzo in my Memory Garden in the Spring.  Rotties are just the biggest teddy bear doggers, so happy and devoted.

Jodi, I'm very sorry that Anne and Robert had to say goodbye to Enzio particularly in such horrid circumstances.  Please pass along my prayers and condolences to them when you get a chance, okay?

I've added Enzio to the Bridgelist and Anne and Robert to the Human Needs list as well.  I'm sure that Anne is feeling as if she's lost a special connection to her husband, and that increases the pain, doesn't it?

Gentle huggles and many prayers

Hi thank you all again for your kind words and support.  Anne visited me this afternoon.  she looks terrible.  she is really having a hard time coping.  I showed her all the posts and she will light her candle on monday. evening.  she thanks everyone.  she can't believe there is such a wonderful, caring place to go as this forum.

Kim,  Anne would be honored if you would  plant something in your Memory Garden in memory of her Enzo.   He was a big, friendly teddy bear of a dog.      thank you.
