No change is good. Could be weather, stress, & just plain old worrying causing the problem.
Be good to yourself & 4 days will go by & who knows, you could come home with nothing wrong.

Darn flu anyway! I'll keep fingers crossed for a cancellation this week, Marf. I'm glad you're at least able to sleep. You know you can count on us to take most of the worry off your shoulders this week. I can easily handle 50% all by myself.
There are some natural cures for insomnia that have worked well for me. Chamomile tea is a wonder worker and will also keep my anxiety at bay when I'm awake, and Valerian root also works well, and comes in a capsule. Most of the pharmacies around here carry Valerian, and Chamomile tea can often be found with the other tea bags in the grocery section. It tastes pretty good too. :-)
