Great Kitty Rescue felines on management team at Cat World
We have all had them, the special felines who are always "helpful", wanting to be close all the time whatever we do. The five cats who are making Cat Headquarters their temporary home are all great "Helpers."

Pictured above is the "man of substance," Andrew, who is on a successful weight loss plan. Of course, having survived hoarding, we can all understand how he went through period of overindulging. But with the help of his human staff and volunteers, he's on his way to a new svelte look.

These cats are all up for adoption. The adoption team is intent on them going straight into good forever homes where they can be part of their very own family. No more being an orphan, even if it is a great sanctuary, they want a last name. After all, they first were among the 800+ cats rescued during the Great Kitty Rescue and now are a busy team at HQ at Cat World. Can we get them home for the holidays?

SINBAD

Sinbad is a quiet, but very loving fellow who, being the oldest of the five felines, spends a lot of time sleeping and resting. He can be found in a bed in the laundry room making sure that Karen and Susan have a feline companion while operating the washer and dryer and folding the laundry.

OBLIO

Oblio is a sweet young lady with an outgoing, rascally and loving personality, who loves to play and will test any new donated toy to make sure it is good enough for the rest of the cats. When Oblio isn’t playing, watching out of the window or cuddling, she loves to partake of yoghurt at lunch time. Anybody having lunch and having brought yoghurt has to share the lid and a teaspoon of yoghurt with this beautiful lady. Susan even has started a list of flavors Oblio likes best.

DELILAH

Delilah is a little black beauty; petite compared to her four fellow felines, but just as big in personality and an outgoing friendly nature. Delilah also is a great "helper" and enjoys being in the middle of unpacking the parcels that arrive almost every day. First she makes sure nobody but Karen and Susan opens the "treasure chests" by sitting on them and guarding them. Then she likes to play with the mice that are being unpacked. If she does find a toy she likes, she gets a little possessive, carries it around and even howls in distress if she loses it.

GREYSON

Just look at Greyson! He is so gorgeous and such a character. He is just growing out a lion cut and is starting to look very majestic again. Greyson likes to guard the door and going in or out, visitors have to make sure this sweetheart doesn’t slip through their legs. With his sense of adventure, Greyson loves to go outside on a harness and leash. Once outside, he may walk a little but soon settles somewhere beside his walking companion just enjoying the time alone with his human.

Andrew is a gorgeous black and white boy, who loves to be close and can be found in somebody’s arms especially during lunch hour. He loves to relax the volunteers and staff and everyone loves to hold and cuddle with him. Andrew, like his four companions, is a great help when supplies are being delivered and stored away. Promptly he sits on the boxes of garbage bags or paper towels, keeping them safe where they were delivered. Andrews’ favorite job is to test cat beds that are donated. Karen and Susan unpack the many parcels sent by the cat admirers and if there are new beds, Andrew is the first to enjoy them and have a good nap.

All these sweet cats have come from the Great Kitty Rescue in Pahrump and long to be someone’s beloved companion again. All of them will make wonderful pets and will easily adjust to a resident cat. Adopt today!

This really is a very special quintet. They make it hard to leave and get to work!

I agree, Carrie. You want to take at least one of them with you! All very sweet and beautiful.

Is that the Snorkilator, or a different Delilah?
