Desert kitties move to the Windy City

Read the latest blog about 25 cats from Best Friends transferred to Chicago's largest no-kill shelter - PAWS Chicago in the Illinois community on the Best Friends Network: From Kanab to the Windy City, Chicago.

Being a big fan of Yvette's blogs I know them all pretty well - the first link in this article "From Kanab to the Windy City" is a blog about the first transport of kitties who road tripped to PAWS Chicago - all of these kitties were from the sanctuary.

The second blog "Dundee Boy Comes Home" is fabulous and a must read all about former Garden resident Dundee Boy moving to Chicago and his family who does TNR.

The blog not mentioned "Desert Kitties Move to the Windy City" is the latest blog from the most recent transport of kitties from Best Friends to PAWS Chicago and out of these 25 kits, 15 are from Pahrump - that blog can be found here:

The Las Vegas Review had a small article that the original officers wanted to start working with feral cats again. Isn't this what they were doing when things got out of control and you had to come rescue lots and lots of cats. I believe it was the original president that was making the comments. I forgot about it until I saw that you were moving some of the kitties to Chicago (my home town).
