I wonder if Geoff has read this yet?? You know how he feels about his Tiki :-) He's counting the days until our return and we've already begun to talk about walking Tiki and Snapple together.

We'll be back volunteering from 10/30 - 11/4...we can't wait. We've been watching all the comings and goings of Lodge dogs over the last few weeks and know that even if the Lodges books up and we can't volunteer there every day that we are there that so many of the faces we've grown to love are nearby causing a dilemma of where to go for that day.
I know Geoff is really looking forward to Tiki Time :-)

If all goes well we should be arriving into Kanab about dinner time...if we still have enough energy left in our bodies we'd love to come by partake. I'm not sure what a Spooker Card is....but I'm sure its something I won't want to pass up ;-)

It's there version of a poker run. You collect poker cards at each stop and the winning hand wins a prize.
Sounds like fun...I got may dates messed up tho - we'll be arriving on the 29th and volunteering on the 30th so I think you'll have to count us in for Spooker Cards ! ! !

What a wonderful day we and Tiki had today! After alot of begging and pleading, Ronda and I were allowed to take our wonderful boy out on an outing today - huge thank yous to Jeanne, Jen and John for your help in making this an exciting, fun day for all. Tiki did great!! He loved riding in the car, the ampitheater, visiting our hotel room (he thought our bed was very comfortable), and even joined me for a walk around town. His huge pittie smile and the countless kisses we received made it clear he enjoyed the day too. I can't wait to relive this wonderful experience again.
I will be there this time next week!! I am getting excited!! I love hearing about Tiki getting to go out!! Any pics??

Tiki has a new runmate! Her name is Maple, and she is a very sweet hound. She is green collared--so please come by and walk Tiki and his new girl.
I am happy to hear that he has a new girl! Cant wait to meet her!!
