Snapple was rescued from a puppy mill where she lived her first nine years in a cage making puppies and more puppies. Not much of a life for such a beautiful girl. She probably had limited human contact during that time so she's a little shy. She appreciates a soft voice and a kind approach and is learning that pets are a good thing. Snapple has already learned how much fun rides are and will dance a little jig if you invite her along.
Snapple is fine with other dogs and has learned to calmly curl up on a couch. Loud noises can make her a little nervous, but life in a cage can do that.
Here's more information on how you can provide Snapple with her first forever home.

Snapple is just beautiful!!! I hope she finds her forever home very quickly, after 9 years of being caged she surely does deserve the best life has to offer.
I took Snapple for an outing last week...She was really rather friendly, showing only a minimal amount of shyness.
What a beautiful girl, i sure hope someone gives her the furever home she so much deserves. She is just gorges??? Sorry i'm not a good speller... Give her a BIG KISS right on the nose.....
I love Snapple. She is such a sweetie and was not shy was me or my sisters at all. She bosses Tiki around, which is hilarious to see since she is 1/3 of his size. But they really love each other too.She doesn't stop moving much, so here are a couple pictures of her.

Watching Tiki making a fool of himself :)

The kindness one does for an animal may not change the world, but it will change the world for that one animal.
Snapple has moved to the Clubhouse. Lodge staff is looking for another runmate for Tiki.
Snapple is doing great at the Clubhouse. Tiki misses Snapple--quite a bit. He is jumping a lot right now, mostly because he is agitated at the loss of Snapple. (I'll post more under Tiki's site.)
Hey Jeanne - sorry I missed you this past week, but thanks for your updates on Ziggy's recovery, and I hope you are doing great after your adventurous October. Pat and I walked Tiki and Snapple on Monday, and I am sorry to hear he's missing her, although I am glad she's doing great. I'd post my pictures, but frankly, they aren't as good as the ones already here! Snapple is just a sweetheart. Tiki was a tad hyper and has an amazing verticle leap, but he settled down as soon as we began the walk.
somehow i missed that snapple moved...my heart breaks for Tiki man, he loved his little lady friend. I hope he finds a nice new run mate to share his company with.
Two guesses which one of us walked Snapple and which one of us walked Tiki. I hear Jeanne laughing in the background. She knows I only usually walk the old and infirm. Snapple was a joy on leash. Imagine my surprise when I went to Amra's and there was Snapple, living it up with the "Littles". My assumption is that they feel her chances may be better for finding a forever home at Amra's since they are the little dog experts at the moment. She would be an excellent addition to any family.
Snapple has been adopted, and is now living happily in her new home. Her new person wrote that Snapple "loves her new bed; ignores the cats."
Yeah Snapple!! Wonderful news for such a beautiful girl.

Such wonderful news! She is just so precious.
Yay! I am so thrilled for Snapple, she is such a sweetie and deserves all the comfy beds she can get. Now we just need to get a home for her old roomie, Tiki! :)
