This a community for and about the awesome and adoptable dogs living in the Lodges at Best Friend's Dogtown.  For most of these dogs who came from other rescues, Best Friends is their last chance to find a forever home and learn to live around humans and other dogs.  The Lodges is home  to some who don't play well with others and can live alone safely while they learn valuable socialization skills.  Many of the doggie residents love people and live for their walks with caregivers and volunteers.   Outings and sleep overs with visitors are a regular occurance for these fun-loving dogs and they are often in high demand.   Regardless of any issues they may have, these terrific dogs all deserve to find their perfect forever homes.  The goal of the Lodges at Dogtown is make that happen for as many of their residents as possible.  Check our Forums and Blog to meet the dogs and read posts from staff and volunteers who work with the dogs on a daily basis.
