Oscar is one of the most charming dogs in all of Gabbs! He's a bit quirky, with a mild twitch similar to that seen in Dixie, Dolly, Dinky and Pearl, and full of good humor.

Oscar is young (2 years?) and playful; he loves romping with his runmates but was also happy to come over and investigate people when they entered his living space. He acts like a giant puppy and is very exuberant about everything he does.
